A Redcar based food company have released this beauty. A cross between a parmo and a scotch egg, the first batch of 60 sold out in 10 minutes.

Through my web trawls I have managed to find a Parmo from outside of the Middlesbrough area. In Sheffield to be precise. It looks like a very upmarket parmo, but the reviews on TripAdvisor are good.
